We offer refunds to your original form of payment. If items arrive damaged, we can replace them with a new unit.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cotierbrand.com. If a return is necessary, we will provide a return shipping label for you to use. Please include your original packing slip with the returned item. If the packing slip is not available, be sure to email us with your order number.

5. Shipping Costs

If a return shipping label is provided, Cotier Brand will cover the complete shipping cost.

6. Processing Time

Once returns are received, we will need 2-3 business days to process them. Refunds are processed immediately after the return is processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the returned funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

7. International Returns
